A service of American Business Services said that hundreds of jobs will be created in Northern Ireland, with the establishment of a base in Belfast.
Stream Global Services has announced details of 993 positions in the succession of the port in east Belfast.
Almost half of the jobs that are already in place.
Development is expected to generate £ 14 million in additional wages in the local economy.
The company says that when fully operational, it is expected to employ over 1,700 people in its new base in Belfast.
Stream, based in Minnesota, operates 55 call centers in the world, providing sales, support and care services to clients.
